Community Guidelines
Date Thai Test works when everyone feels safe and respected. These guidelines apply to your profile, your messages and how you treat people you meet through the app.
Be real
- Use your own recent photos, your real age and true information. One account per person.
- Do not pretend to be someone else, a celebrity or a company.
- The verified badge means a person's face matched their photos; do not try to fool it.
Be respectful
- No harassment, bullying, threats or insults. If someone is not interested, accept it.
- No hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, gender, sexual orientation or age.
- Before sending a message, the app may ask "Are you sure?" if it contains hurtful words. Please take a moment.
Respect consent
- No nudity or sexual content in profiles. No unsolicited sexual messages or photos.
- Photos recognised as nudity are hidden in chats until the receiver chooses to see them.
- Never share someone's photos, messages or personal details without their permission.
Keep it safe
- Never ask anyone for money, gifts, investments or cryptocurrency, and never send money to someone you have not met. These are the signs of a scam: report them.
- Do not push people to move to another app or to share contact details before they want to.
- Share your location only with people you trust, and meet in public places.
Adults only and child safety
Date Thai Test is for people aged 18 and older. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. It is forbidden to:
- share, ask for or link to any sexual image, video or text involving someone under 18 (child sexual abuse material), including drawings and images made with AI;
- contact a minor, or someone who says they are a minor, for sexual purposes, or try to meet them;
- groom a child, threaten to share someone's intimate images to get more images or money (sextortion), or offer, buy or traffic children;
- create an account for, or on behalf of, someone under 18.
What we do: the content is removed at once and the account is closed. We keep the evidence securely and report it to the competent authorities, as the law requires. These reports are handled first, by specially trained staff. An account that seems to belong to someone under 18 is suspended until we have checked.
To tell us, use Report on their profile and choose They may be under 18. If a child is in immediate danger, call the police on 191 first. People without an account can reach us through the contact details at the end of the Terms of Use.
No selling or spam
Do not use Date Thai Test to advertise, sell, recruit, promote other services or send repeated messages.
Nothing illegal
No drugs, weapons, violence, human trafficking or any other illegal activity.
Reporting and blocking
Use Report on any profile or message that breaks these guidelines; the person is not told who reported them. Block anyone at any time; they will no longer see you or write to you.
What happens when guidelines are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, give a warning, limit features, ask you to verify again, suspend or close the account. You receive the reasons and you can appeal in the app. Serious decisions are made or confirmed by a person.
