Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and [company legal name: to be completed], [registered address: to be completed] ("we", "us"), the operator of Date Thai Test. Our company is established outside Thailand; our representative in Thailand is [representative in Thailand: to be completed], [representative's address: to be completed], representative@example.com. By creating an account you accept these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms.
1. Who can use Date Thai Test
- You must be 18 or older and allowed to use a dating service where you live.
- You may have one account, and it must be about you: your own photos, your real age, and true information.
- You may not use Date Thai Test if we have removed you before, or if you have been convicted of a sexual or violent offence.
2. Your account
Keep your password and recovery codes safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may ask you to verify your face or your email to protect your account and others.
3. How to behave
Follow the Community Guidelines. In short: be real, be kind, respect consent, never ask anyone for money, and never involve minors. Do not use Date Thai Test for advertising, selling, spam, or anything illegal, and do not try to break, copy or scrape the service.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, texts and messages you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, show and process them only to run Date Thai Test (for example to show your profile to others, to check it for safety, and to make copies in different sizes). The licence ends when your content is deleted, except where we must keep it by law or as evidence in a report. You confirm that you have the right to post what you post and that it does not show other people without their permission.
5. Safety
We check photos and messages and act on reports, but we cannot check every person, and we do not run criminal background checks. Take care when you meet someone: meet in a public place, tell a friend (the date safety kit in the app can help), and never send money to someone you have not met. Report anything that worries you; you can also block anyone at any time.
6. Moderation and enforcement
If content or behaviour breaks these terms or the guidelines, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or close your account, depending on how serious it is. Except where telling you would put someone at risk, we tell you what we decided and why, and you can appeal in the app. Serious decisions are made or confirmed by a person. People without an account can report illegal content through the report form on our website.
7. How Discover works
Who you see is chosen first by your filters and theirs (age, distance, who each of you wants to meet), then ordered automatically by the interests, languages and wishes you share, distance, how recently people were active, how complete a profile is, and how likely a like is to be mutual. Nobody can pay to be shown more. Our Privacy Policy (section 6) explains this in more detail.
8. A free service
Date Thai Test is free. Features such as super-likes are earned by using the app; they cannot be bought, sold or transferred and have no money value. The app shows ads, marked "Ad", that are chosen only by the app's language (see the Privacy Policy, section 4).
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or on our website. It closes at once; you can restore it by signing in within 90 days, after which it is erased. We may close accounts that break these terms or the law.
10. Changes to Date Thai Test and to these terms
We improve Date Thai Test all the time and may change or stop features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
11. Responsibility
We provide Date Thai Test with reasonable care, but we cannot promise that it is always available or error-free, or that you will find a match. We are not responsible for how other people behave, on or off the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law, including for harm caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you live in Thailand, nothing in these terms takes away the protection that Thai consumer law gives you. If a dispute arises, please contact us or our representative in Thailand first so we can try to solve it; otherwise the competent courts of Thailand decide.
