You can also attach diagnostics (app version, phone model, language). You'll see exactly what is sent before you send it. We never include your messages or location.
Not for reports or appeals
- To report a person, use Report on their profile or in the chat. That reaches our safety team faster.
- To disagree with a decision, use Account status.
