Signing in and recovery codes
You sign in with your email and password. We never use SMS codes.
Recovery codes
When you create your account, you get 8 recovery codes. Keep them somewhere safe, for example written on paper or in a password manager.
- Each code works once.
- You need one when you sign in on a new phone, so nobody can use your password alone on their own device.
- You can also use one if you forget your password.
Signed out unexpectedly?
If you see a sign-in screen without having logged out, your session may have ended (for example after "Log out of all devices"). Sign in again on this phone with your email and password.
Lost your codes and your phone?
Send us a message with the category Question from any signed-in phone, or contact support. We may ask you to prove the account is yours.
