Open the menu and choose My data & privacy.
Download my data
Tap Request a copy. In a few minutes you can download a file with everything we keep about you: account, profile, photos, likes, matches, messages and safety decisions. The link works for 7 days. You can ask once a day.
Delete my account
Tap Delete account and enter your password. You are signed out on every phone at once, and your profile, photos, likes, matches and messages are deleted.
Where the law requires it, a few records are kept for a limited time and then deleted. In Thailand, connection records (when you signed in and from which internet address) are kept for 90 days.
You can also delete your account without the app on our website.
